I actually do agree with Ilya; but honestly I do trust him more than many of our other board members
& feel I know what motivates him. (He also consistently has added clear value and suggested good

I think partly — there's an argument that we've been happy to take his support while we needed it [all
the way from the time Elon froze funding — never really asked about his motivations for doing so, but
I'd always assumed it was because he enjoyed the status from doing so], and now that we don't need
him we are choosing to be more discerning.
